He is the former editor-in –chief of Quintessence International, the former editor-in-chief of Quintessence of Dental Technology (QDT), served on the editorial boards of other journals, and has lectured and published nationally and internationally on esthetic and implant dentistry and biomaterials. Dr. Sadan is a graduate of Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel where he has also completed an internship in maxillofacial prosthodontics and oral medicine. He received his training in prosthodontics from the LSU School of Dentistry and has also completed a fellowship in prosthodontics emphasizing esthetic and implant dentistry as LSU. A member of several professional organizations including the American College of Prosthodontists, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American College of Dentists, OKU Dental Honor Society, and other organizations, he maintains an intramural practice limited to fixed and implant prosthodontics.
The lecture will allow one to properly understand the fundamentals of risk assessment and proper management of a wide spectrum of patients ranging from the esthetically demanding to the conservatively oriented. This exciting seminar will cover how to create a patient driven approach for treatment planning along with learning the current status of all-ceramic restorations—classifications and indications for all-ceramic systems, from porcelain veneer or single unit crowns to a full mouth rehabilitation.
This course will benefit dentist and dental technicians who are interested in gaining useful knowledge related to contemporary clinical techniques and treatment approaches in esthetic dentistry and fixed prosthodontics. It will be very useful for those who feel lost by constant bombardment of new materials and all ceramic systems as it will provide a logical approach to understanding the nature of the materials. Most important, those who seek successful communication skills to treatment plan, maintain, and manage complications, will be provided with a wide spectrum of clinical scenarios.
