For ad submission for the newsletter:

• The ad can be in pdf format with all fonts embedded in the document
• The ad can be an image format like a tiff or jpeg, but pdf files are preferred.
• The ad needs to fit into one of the following spaces (maximum dimensions - divisions are not exactly 1/2 of larger sizes because of the need for spaces between the ads):
  • full page: 10" tall by 7 1/2" wide
  • 1/2 page: 4 7/8" tall by 7 1/2" wide
  • 1/4 page: 4 7/8" tall by 3 5/8" wide
  • 1/8 page: 2 3/8" tall by 3 5/8" wide
Ads must be submitted in digital format.

Once you have your ad prepared, contact Dr. Rosen (contact info above) to arrange for payment. Email your ad to Dr. Rosen. We will confirm that your ad conforms to the guidelines above and once you have paid for the ad, we will publish it.
